Nah, that's alright. I was just hoping that I could be clever and affect Shadow Glide.  Just the move and standard then.

"quite tiresome my friend... let's make it stop!" says the paladin aiming to where the hips of the creature should be, trying to end it with the combined attacks of himself and Vengance.

 Ardent Vow vs. Mad Wraith
Effect: The next time you attack the target before the end of your next turn, you gain a bonus to the damage roll equal to 5 + your Wisdom modifier. In addition, whenever you attack the target before the end of the encounter, it is subject to your divine sanction until the end of your next turn.
Divine Pursuit | 18 vs. Fortitude | 19 Divine, Weapon damage
Hit: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage, and you push the target a number of squares equal to your Wisdom modifier. You then shift to the nearest square adjacent to the target.

Sorry for the long abscence. Due to family emergency I had to move to my grandfather's place for this past weeks..

Rolen darts away from the wraith on him, his lightning speed catching the creature by surprise.  He joins Finceleb in his assault on the Mad Wraith, his spear tearing at it's smoky substance before it's insane mutterings send him staggering backwards, back towards his original position.

Alekson gathers his arcane power, attempting to infuse the air around the Mad Wraith with light, but the creature's darkness quickly swallows up the enchantment, leaving no glow remaining.  Changing tactics the mage assaults the insane spectre with a sudden storm of ice and sleet, power surging through him from the orb he holds.  The Mad Wraith is driven to the floor by the sudden ice storm, the ground to it's sides and rear becoming coated in slippery sleet.

Vengeance shifts over to take the spot infront of the Mad Wraith formerly held by Rolen, his glowing blade lancing through the prone apparition, flaring with holy power that burns the wraith even as it solidifies it's form.  It is then Vengeance who is sent staggering away as the pain in his mind increases, the madness starting to threaten to overwhelm him.

Finceleb swears an oath to Bahamut to end this undead abomination and unleashes a mighty slash of his blade which only glances the wraith, but even so tears at it's suddenly solid black flesh, dark ichor freezing about the wound.  Finceleb feels the pain of the wraith's madness, but unlike the others he is not sent staggering away.  Apparently the Mad Wraith intends to finish the knight once and for all......

 Finceleb is bloodied (16hps left)

Vengeance is bloodied (11 hps left)

Wraith 1 has taken 8 damage

Wraith 2 has taken 42 damage(bloodied) and  is invisible and slowed .  Any attacks made against it gain a +4 damage bonus until the end of the encounter.

Wraith 3 has taken  10 damage and is invisible and slowed.

Mad Wraith has taken 68 damage (bloodied)

Ok, only Finceleb is still adjacent to the prone Mad Wraith, the others being slid 2 squares away from it.  Hopefully our Warlord can put an end to the Mad Wraith, as it's Aura is starting to get painful.

Waiting on an action from Jett.

Jett shouts to Vengeance and fires an arrow from his bow.  The shot is too high to hit the prone Mad Wraith but luckily it chooses this moment to prop itself up into a sitting position, the arrow slamming into it's head (lucky charm expended).  Not one to leave things to chance, Vengeance takes the wraith's head off of it's shadowy shoulders with a swipe of his glowing blade.  The Mad Wraith's ghostly substance falls apart in a splinter of shadow, leaving no trace of it behind, it's insane whispering vanishing from your minds.  The Avenger feels hearted by the Mad Wraith's death and Jett's shouts of encouragement and pushes back the pain (healed up to 31hps), feeling that the battle was finally beginning to turn their way....

Jett sees a flicker of movement behind  Vengeance and shouts a warning, but he is too late.  Searing agony replaces Vengeance's newfound optimism as a shadowy arm erupts from his chest.  Vengeance feels his life force slipping away as the wraith's life-draining powers take their full toll on him, his vision fading to blackness as he collapses onto the stone.

The second invisible wraith appears beside Finceleb, striking the already weakened Paladin with both of it's shadowy arms.  With a clatter of steel the heavily armoured knight joins Vengeance of the cold stone floor, his mouth agape and his limbs twitching.

The remaining two wraiths swarm Rolen, the agile monk managing to avoid all but a grazing touch, which still causes his vision to darken momentarily as a brief wave of weakness and pain rolls through him.  Blocking off the pain with a wall of righteous anger, the half-orc steadies himself and readies his spear to continue the fight......

Wraith 2 attacks Vengeance with Shadow Touch: 29 vs Reflex, 34 necrotic damage.  Wraith becomes visible.

Jett uses Powerful Warning on Vengeance: Vengeance attacks Wraith 2 with Overwhelming Strike14 or 11 vs AC

Wraith 3 attacks Finceleb with Shadow Touch: 24 vs Reflex, 29 necrotic damage.  Wraith becomes visible.

Wraith 1 attacks Rolen with Shadow Touch: 27 vs Reflex, 8 necrotic damage.

Wraith 4 attacks Rolen with Shadow Touch: 11 vs Reflex

Finceleb is dying (-13 hps)

Vengeance is dying (-3 hps)

Rolen is bloodied (25 hps). Rolen gains 5 temp hps from Half-Orc Resilience

Mad Wraith is dead(94 damage)

Wraith 1 has taken 8 damage

Wraith 2 has taken 42 damage(bloodied).  Any attacks made against it gain a +4 damage bonus until the end of the encounter.

Wraith 3 has taken  10 damage

Well...... that was a painful round..... remember to make those death saves people (with the +2 bonus from your respective armours).

Wraith 1 and 4 are currently flanking Rolen, while 2 and 3 are standing over the bodies of Vengeance and Finceleb respectively.

Waiting on an action from Everyone.

"No!" Alekson cries as he sees the two fall.  Rushing forward, he gathers lightning in his clenched fists, before releasing it in a blast of thunder.

Move: Within 3 of wraith 2

Standard: Thunderwave

Heroic effort if it misses

EDIT: The edit was because I used a spell that I didn't have prepped, but caught myself. Sorry all! :)

 Thunderwave | 18 vs. Fortitude | 13 damage
1d6 + Intelligence modifier thunder damage, and you push the target a number of squares up to your Wisdom modifier.

Alekson's thunderous blast sends the wraith hurling back away from Vengeance.  With a hollow-sounding scream the wraith gathers the shadows to itself, vanishing from sight once more.  Finceleb groans where he lies, the cold azure light of the FrostFang spreading over him.  Though he does not recover, neither does he loose ground.

 Finceleb is dying (-13 hps)

Vengeance is dying (-3 hps)

Rolen is bloodied (25 hps and 5 temp hps)

Wraith 1 has taken 8 damage

Wraith 2 has taken 50 damage(bloodied) and is invisible.  Any attacks made against it gain a +4 damage bonus until the end of the encounter.

Wraith 3 has taken  10 damage

Waiting on actions from Rolen and Jett (and Vengeance's death save unless someone can find a way to revive him).

Rolen explodes into motion.  Though his first spinning attack misses both wraiths, he quicksteps from in between them and redoubles his fury, his flashing spear and limbs striking the wraiths repeatedly.  As he prepares to follow up on his successful assault, both monsters are swallowed by shadows and disappear from infront of him.

Vengeance moans and shivers on the ground, his holy power sustaining his depleted life force for now.

 Finceleb is dying (-13 hps)

Vengeance is dying (-3 hps)

Rolen is bloodied (25 hps and 5 temp hps)

Wraith 1 has taken 33 damage(bloodied) and is invisible

Wraith 2 has taken 50 damage(bloodied) and is invisible.  Any attacks made against it gain a +4 damage bonus until the end of the encounter.

Wraith 3 has taken  10 damage

Wraith 4 has taken 11 damage and is invisible.

@ Rolen: You would only get to make a single attack as the ability is a daily power which is triggered when you inflict damage with Flurry of Blows, regardless of how many target's you damage with it.

Ok, the only wraith still visible and active is the one standing over Finceleb (Wraith 3).

Waiting on an action from Jett.

Jett has already used both of his Inspiring Words as well as Powerful Warning....

Jett yells encouragment to his downed allies but it seems to have no effect, their lifeforce has been drained too much for mere encouragement to rally their spirits.  Shaking his head, the warlord levels his longbow at the remaining wraith, his arrow scoring upon his target.  With an eerie cry the wraith pulls the shadows to itself, vanishing like the others.

Wraith 3 has taken  14 damage  and is invisible.

Wraith 4 has taken 11 damage and is invisible.

Alrighty.  All 4 wraiths are invisable and hidden do to their use of Shadow Glide.  However, none of them can attack this turn because of Shadow Glide as well, and so it's back to you guys.

Waiting on actions from Everyone.

Alekson glances to his left and right as his hands crackle with the forces of lightning he had unleashed before.  He waits patiently for the wraiths' next strike... "Give me your best, fiends!" He mutters.

 No move.

Standard: Ready Thunderwave (If possible) Otherwise just hold an action.

Alekson, if you have any healing training, you may want to use it to get either Finceleb or Vengeance back on their feet instead;  we'll need their light to drive back these shadows. (standard to try a  heal check 15 to give one of them second wind as free action...  you've currently got the best heal check of those not sucking floor... ) Also, anyone carrying healing potions might want to ready them this turn or give it to F or V. We'll likely need the healing after, too, but the wraiths return attack after their teleport does massive damage, so second wind alone might not cut it, and they may stand only to get knocked down again.

We'll need to get radiant damage on them, too, or we're doomed.  Their insubstantial nature will make them impossible to take them down quickly unless we can break it with radiant damage (and follow up with more radiant or high-damage dailies when they're vulnerable).

If Vengeance goes down and there's no healing left, someone grab his sword.  It does radiant damage, even if no one's proficient with it.

That said, I'll ready direct the strike for when one of our radiant damage-dealers can smack a shadow.
