The group moves across tot he closest wall, the howling of cybernetically enhanced dogs getting closer, Loki quickly moves towards the wall with his explosives, Stephen right behind him.
Loki reduces the wall to rubble in moments, which immediately draws the attention of the dogs and guards, making the escape even more pressing.
Twitch rams down the frail gate guarding the entrance to the neighbors, and as the dust clears, Loki calls to the rest to run through.
Fridge doesn't make it more than 2 steps away from the house when he feels three thuds from the unconscious person he is carrying over his shoulder. Fridge dodges to the ground, just as another shot hits the ground where he was standing.
Twitch's drones start giving reports that some sort of stealth VTOL has come out of the sky, the shots came from two snipers positioned out of the side and it is now moving back off into the clouds.
Fridge scrambles through the wall, dragging the corpse with him.
The group manages to peel out of there, quickly leaving this part of town. As the group is driving out, everyone gets a link to a digital vid of a cgi shadow humanoid, after a moment, the voice speaks
"Nice run guys, we got some nice pics, hope you don't mind that we sent them to Mitsuhama. "
The voice starts laughing as pics slide by one after another, closeups of Loki, Stephen, and Fridge, carrying the dead bloody body of Ser Anon, them getting into Twitch's vehicle, pics of Twitch driving around the neighborhood, etc. Everyone is clearly visible.
Finally the voice starts speaking again, "Not only did you make my employer happy Loki, but you've sufferred for not playing fair, no one likes a snitch! Not only that, but you got a fellow runner killed, a runner who dared to hack into my employer's system!!"
And the link blinks out.
At this point, Mitsuhama thinks you've killed Ser Anon. They know who you are, it probably won't be long until they track you down. The lights go by as the group realizes they've been had, paid to be part of some revenge scheme by some mysterious corporation, most likely not Evo, it was a setup. And finally, the digital creation seemed to know Loki, perhaps someone from his past. As Twitch drives, as each light goes by, the sudden flash causes Loki to twitch, as his mind imagines the explosions he'll prepare....for Dexter.
