Sweet! Glad I could help :)

Now, with a this token/number system, how many different pictures do you want for each type of token? It's probably a good idea to still have a few different portraits, to make things look prettier.

    Re: Silvermap Volunteers

Ideally we'd have at least 1 male, 1 female (where appropriate) normal representative of the creature, as well as more vivid versions too for "leaders".  Some creatures don't have something easily seen as female, so like wolves we could really skip more than maybe 2.  Some types, such as orcs, kuotoa, have subtypes, like orc priests of Gruumsh or those lightning clerics of the kuo-toa, or even drow sorcerers compared to drow warriors, which its nice to have a visual representation of too.

Okay, It's me again. Do you want me to make the borders, or do you already have them pre-made for me?
Ahah.... scratch that! Found the action! *ahem* Well, that was embarrassing ...  '¬_¬
Anyway, I'll probably start with animals if no one else has already claimed them.

Richard: Count with it... along with Dragons if you don't mind ;)

Alas, I've found a little problem.. ehem.. does anybody knows of a reliable place to download a copy of photoshop... :S

And by the way... as long as you don't claim ownership over the images and do not use them in any lucrative way, you could use them for reference...

    at least it's my understanding...

    Re: Silvermap Volunteers

The awesome thing is you can download a legal fully functioning copy of Photoshop from adobe.com, needs an email, I don't receive any spam from them, but you can always use a free email.  :)

In regards to the copyright issue,  I'm hoping thats how it works to...  I hope I don't have to put that down somewhere as my legal defense "Your honor, I hoped it wouldn't cause me legal problems". ;)

Ok, I've added a simple ability to mark tokens with color/symbol combinations.  Its not as good as it could be, but hopefully with feedback I can get some ideas on where and how to improve it.
It isn't great necessarily, but I think it serves its purpose.  Also, while developing this code, I think I have the bits and pieces needed to do even more dynamic image generation.

    Re: Silvermap Volunteers

A'ight, I've run into a couple problems... Apart from the catastrophic computer meltdown I had.
    1) How do you want me to submit these? Just stick 'em in a zip file and cart them off?
    2) When making the little mini woodland critters, they're looking like amorphous blobs because they've been shrunk so small. Should I just leave them as medium-sized?

    Re: Silvermap Volunteers

I totally missed the email notification, and what with moving into the house we bought, it took me a while to get back to checkin these threads.

    1) I think a zip sent to rmathis _@_ webcomic _dot_ net would be the easiest.
    2)  I normally make the "small" creatures at 75% of a medium, just slightly smaller.  Not only do they not look good when too small, but also its hard to click on to move around. ;)  You can also just leave them as medium.
