You whisper a brief prayer as divine light washes over your target, helping to mend its wounds.
    Encounter (Special) Divine, Healing
Minor Action Close burst 5 (10 at 11th level, 15 at 21st level)
Special: You can use this power twice per encounter, but only once per round. At 16th level, you can use this power three times per encounter.
    Target: You or one ally
Effect: The target can spend a healing surge and regain an additional 1d6 hit points.
Increase the amount of additional hit points regained to 2d6 at 6th level, 3d6 at 11th level, 4d6 at 16th level, 5d6 at 21st level, and 6d6 at 26th level.

    Attack: Charisma vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier thunder damage. Until the end of your next turn, any attack against the target can score a critical hit on a roll of 18–20.

Hrm?  If their characters are in the vault, and everything, their powers should be in the power manager (the blue circle with 2 swords crossed).  The descriptions unfortunately due to copyright issues and the fact that they aren't stored in the .dnd4e file used by the character creator, I can't autopopulate, but what I personally do is just click on the little link and copy and paste the description in.,.
    So here
    http://dndorks.com/characters/viewcharacter692.aspx
If I was DM, since I have a ddi account, i'd just go to manage, then click the Go button one by one, copy and paste the text. and there, the player has the text for his powers.  It takes me about 40 seconds or so.
