I "love" Arkham Horror, I could play it all the time, unfortunately its very time consuming.  I did find that if one emulates the layout from the book that the game runs pretty nicely, as opposed to just trying to find room for the various stacks of cards. 

Obviously from my writing I have this fascination with the idea of parallel universes, so today's script takes that idea one step further.  So the next time you bankrupt your friend in monopoly think of the poor alternate universe shoe, ship, or statue you're bankrupting! ;)

I have a sudden desire to watch V, if I had a good way to rip HDDVDs (I have V in HDDVD) I'd have a copy sitting on my zune and could be watching it.  Damn copyright protection!  I guess I'll download it from bittorrent, which is sad since I own it but whatever.... Anyone see how cheap HDDVD players have gotten?  I think you can get a "few" on black friday at walmart for around 100, but I think the mainstream price is about 168.  There is also some deal where you get a few hddvds of your choice for free going on (you may have to mail for them) when you buy a player, so I think its a pretty good deal!   If you, like me, hate dealing with the crowds of walmart you can find the deal a few other places or order it from amazon (a little more expensive, but more convenient) here
