So the new DDI update for April updates the version of the charactersheet.ddi files to .7 This is a breaking change that will prevent the .6 files from March from working properly.
- The new .ddi files lack power descriptions, but instead have URLs to the DDI Compendium along with the pertinent dice modifiers for the default weapon.
- I've integrated the power sheet with the main sheet, so there is only 1 page to look at instead of hopping back and forth between sheets
- I've improved the import process dramatically, also it imports companions now.
- The power button in the RPGEditor is improved, displaying more in a better format.
Here is how to make best use of the new vault.
Update your DDI character generator with the April Update.
Open your character.
Hit Save.
Go to your character in the Dndorks.com character vault.
Import your character.
Scroll through, make sure everything looks correct, if anything is vastly incorrect, email me at (rmathis _@_ webcomic .net)
Your powers will have their basic stats, attack bonus, damage, damage type, and power URL.
Click the Go button next to each power with a power URL and copy and paste any pertinent info for the power over into the power description line.
The final result should look like Jamroar's

For me, takes about 3 minutes.
Oh, and be careful because the import will take in the XP from the character vault, the best way to prevent this from having you accidentally lose xp is to track your xp in the character generator since you'll probably be leveling your character in the generator anyways and re-importing to take into account feat changes, equipment changes, etc.
